How it works

Three steps. We handle everything after your upload.

You’re never asked to choose a radiologist. Tell us about your case and it goes straight to the right subspecialist radiologist.

Tell us about your case

You tell us the scan type and body area and we confirm it from the images, then we ask about your symptoms, relevant history, and what you would like our radiologist to review.

01

We use this to assign your case to the appropriate subspecialist radiologist.

Upload your scans

Upload your original scan images, ideally as a DICOM folder or ZIP file, along with your original radiology report and any earlier related scans. DICOM is simply the format hospitals store scan images in.

02

Don’t have your images yet? We show you exactly how to request them from the hospital or imaging provider.

Get your expert report

An independent radiologist report with the findings, a plain-English “What this means for you” explanation, comparison with any prior scan where available, and recommended next steps.

03

Your report is securely available in your patient dashboard, where you can download it, share it with your GP or treating clinician, and arrange available follow-up support.

Sample report

A report written twice: once for your doctor, once for you.

Every report carries the clinical detail your GP or radiologist needs, plus a plain-English section that answers the question you actually asked.

What this means for you

The area described in your first report is a normal variant of a blood vessel, not a tumour. Nothing here needs urgent treatment. I would repeat the scan in twelve months to confirm it is unchanged.

FAQs

Questions, answered straight

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can upload your own images directly. Your report is yours to share with your GP or any other doctor, and the dashboard lets you send it on in one click.

You have a legal right to a copy of your own scan images. Ask the radiology department at the hospital where the scan was done, and ask for the images themselves rather than just the report. They can usually supply a disc or a secure download. You can start your case now and add the images when they arrive. We can’t make the request for you, because it has to come from you, but we’ll talk you through it if you get stuck.
