From a hospital CD to a plain-English answer.

Three steps. We handle everything after your upload. You’re never asked to pick a radiologist. If you don’t have your images yet, start anyway. Getting hold of them is where most people get stuck, and we’ll show you exactly how.

The whole thing, in three steps

Three steps. We handle everything after your upload.

STEP 1

Tell us about your case

You tell us the scan type and body area and we confirm it from the images, then we ask about your symptoms, relevant history, and what you would like our radiologist to review.

We use this to assign your case to the appropriate subspecialist radiologist.

STEP 2

Upload your scans

Your original scan images, ideally as a DICOM folder or ZIP file, along with your original radiology report and any earlier related scans. DICOM is the format hospitals store scan images in, a folder of files ending .dcm.

No images yet? Start anyway. We show you exactly how to request them from the hospital or imaging provider.

STEP 3

Get your expert report

An independent radiologist report with the findings, a plain-English “What this means for you” explanation, comparison with any prior scan where available, and recommended next steps.

Your report is securely available in your patient dashboard, where you can download it, share it with your GP or treating clinician, and arrange available follow-up support.

Getting your images

Three ways your scan reaches us

You already have a CD or download

Drop the whole folder in. You do not need to know which files matter.

Your scan is on an NHS system

You have a legal right to a copy of your images. Ring the radiology department where the scan was done and ask for the images, not just the report — a disc or a secure download. They should respond within one month.

Your scan was done privately or abroad

Forward the clinic’s download link. We accept images from any country and report in English.

What happens after you pay

Four checkpoints, all of them ours

01

Submitted, and your images checked

A radiographer confirms the study is complete and readable. If anything is missing we tell you first your deadline does not begin until the images are good.

02

Checkpoint

Routed to your subspecialist

We tell you their name, subspecialty and hospital before any reporting begins. You are not asked to choose them.

03

Checkpoint

Under expert review

Findings, comparison with prior studies, and the plain-English section.

04

Report ready in your dashboard

Secure PDF, downloadable forever, shareable with your GP in one click. We email to say it is ready never what it says.

Do not have your images yet?

Start anyway. You have a right to a copy of your own images, and we will show you exactly how to ask for them. Nothing is charged until the last step.
